Our SC Unlimited General Contractor license (G102646) covers residential and commercial construction, tenant upfits, renovations, and multi-family renovation and construction. Under the same license we hold a Marine & Waterfront specialty — Liberty Services Group holds the SC Marine & Waterfront Specialty under General Contractor License G102646 for applicable dock, pier, waterfront-structure, and marine-construction scopes.
