Our organization holds an SC Unlimited General Contractor license, an SC Mechanical Contractor license covering HVAC and plumbing, and a Marine & Waterfront specialty license — a combination that qualifies us for the full range of commercial, industrial, government, and specialty construction work.
We are fully self-performing. Every scope we take on is executed by our own licensed team — HVAC, roofing, plumbing, general construction, and marine work. No subcontractors. No handoffs. Single-point accountability on every project.
We are registered on SAM.gov and have completed government contracts across the Lowcountry. Our NAICS codes cover HVAC (238220), roofing (238160), and plumbing (238110), positioning Liberty Services for a full range of public and private bid opportunities.

With more than 30 years of hands-on experience across HVAC, plumbing, roofing, and general construction in the Lowcountry, Michael Holt leads every project personally. No account managers, no hand-offs to junior staff — direct access to the principal on every engagement.
